Developed with Anita Fumega, Beatriz Vaz, Joana Teles, and under the guidance of Professor Mário Moura, this project explores cooking as an improvisational, modular experience. The onion serves as the base, while each recipe acts as a flexible module that can be combined and adapted in countless ways, allowing the creation of multiple different dishes. Like jazz, the cook interprets flavors freely, creating a personal rhythm in the kitchen. The project includes a CD to make the experience immersive and sensory.
